You are welcome to serve or sell liquor as long as you acquire the permit.  

The AGCO requires an SOP (Special Occasions Permit) for private parties or public events when alcohol is present. Please apply for your permit at your earliest convenience after booking. It is usually accepted instantly but can sometimes take a couple days for a sales license.

Please note, only events under 30 guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol. events with 30+ guests will have to use our internal bar service

Street parking is free after 6pm on Kensington Ave and free after 9pm on Dundas. There is also a Parking Garage a block away on St. Andrew with very reasonable rates.

A loading zone is available. Please inquire us if you need to use it!

Yes, our venue sports a powerful EV system with 2 subwoofer and 2 speakers. We also have the Fender Passport Venue Series 2 PA System. This includes 2 600 watt speakers and mixer with XLR and 1/4" inputs. Our DJ Booth is also equipped with a Yorkville 16 channell mixer.

Yes, our sound system is bluetooth and aux compatible. 

Yes, all the tube lighting is included. All lightbulbs in the venue are rgb and customizable to your liking!

Yes, we offer plenty of grip, lighting, and camera equipment packages.

Security is required for all private parties exceeding 40 guests. 2 are required for parties exceeding 60.

Yes, our venue features a 400 sq ft front yard with high foot traffic and a 700 sq ft back yard that is covered and winter-proof, providing charming outdoor options for your events.
